Company Information - About UsThe Knoll Bed & Breakfast Rye is a small family run B&B situated in a 1920’s cottage style home. We’re located just outside the centre of Rye on Military Road, overlooking the Royal Military Canal with front views over the Romney Marsh.Products & ServicesB&B, Bed and Breakfast, RyeAs Rye’s newest B&B, our rooms are all freshly appointed with all the comforts you would expect from a modern bed and breakfast including ensuite shower rooms with power shower, digital freeview television and, of course, tea and coffee making facilities. Each morning we serve a hearty full english breakfast, with vegetarian and other alternatives available for guests with dietary restrictions or who just want something different. Our breakfasts are guaranteed to set you up perfectly for a day of extreme sightseeing! If you’re arriving in Rye by car, off-street parking is available to all of our guests. As it’s name suggests, The Knoll Bed and Breakfast Rye is situated on a ridge of high ground. There is a steep driveway leading to the house or, for guests arriving on foot, steps also leading from street level to the house. Guests with mobility difficulties are advised to contact us so as we can arrange for parking at the top of the driveway, directly outside The Knoll. As a local family, with roots stretching back for generations in the East Sussex and west Kent areas, we can offer you our wealth of knowledge with advice on what to do and see during your stay. Rye is the perfect base for exploring 1066 country, the Romney Marshes and the Weald of Kent. Close to Ashford with it’s mainline rail and M20 motorway links and sitting bang slap in the middle of the Ashford-Hasting rail line, getting to Rye couldn’t be easier.
